Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Pre-ordering is a great way to guarantee that they won't be sold-out by the time actual merchandise arrives to the store. Pre-ordering is very easy in our online store. Just place a regular order online and we will automatically charge 25% deposit and the rest is charged upon shipment. No need to call or make a list. If you'd like to pay 50% or in full, just drop us a note. Pre-orders purchased with Paypal, are paid in-full at the time order is placed. Pre-order items are purchased SPECIALLY FOR YOU and are taken out of current available stock at the time you place your order. ALL PRE-ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Pre-orders should be ordered separately from in-stock items, as in-stock merchandise ships immediately and separate shipping fees may apply. Most US orders over $75 (please see shipping policy section) ship free, if your pre-order requires several shipments, some shipping charges may apply. Pre-ordered item can only be cancelled in 2 cases: if manufacturer decides not to produce item you ordered or if for whatever reason, we are not able to obtain the product for you. Which happens not so often. In that case we will notify you and issue a refund of your deposit within 24 hours of notice. We will not be responsible for pre-orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays, items that arrive within a month of expected shipping window will be considered "on-time"
