RETURN POLICY ON PRE-ORDERS.
ALL PRE-ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
RETURN POLICY ON FULL PRICE IN STOCK ITEMS
FULL PRICE, IN STOCK MERCHANDISE, UNDER $300 can be returned for a refund or a store credit, as long as they are returned within 14 regular days of receipt. Excluding Swimwear, Underwear and Hosiery. Special Occasion dresses must be returned within 10 days of receipt, due to seasonal nature of this merchandise. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS OVER $300 WILL BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT ON THE AMOUNT BEYOND $300. EXAMPLE: IF YOUR RETURN IS $350, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $300 AND A $50 STORE CREDIT.
RETURN POLICY ON SALE ITEMS.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL Merchandise, returned within 2 weeks of receipt, will be issued a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED for another item of equal or larger value. No refunds will be given on sale merchandise. Anything purchased below retail value is considered "SALE". ITEMS DISCOUNTED BY 50% OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALE", however we do offer exchanges on Final sale items upon request. Hoilday & Seasonal apparel like Christmas & Halloween, will not be accepted for returns 7 days before and any time after the Holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 14 days of receipt will be ISSUED A STORE CREDIT AT CURRENT SELLING PRICE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS AT OUR DISCRETION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECIPT. ANY MERCHANDISE RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT BUYER'S EXPENSE.
Items must be returned in ORIGINAL packaging and tags still attached to ensure an exchange or return. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Shipping fees are non refundable and return & exchange shipping is your responsibility. If you received a promotional free shipping and are exchanging items, you will be responsible for second shipping charge.
To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, all items in the order have to be shipped together. If you originally received FREE SHIPPING or PROMOTIONAL RATE SHIPPING on your order and returned entire purchase for a refund, entire actual shipping amount will be deducted from your credit amount. If you send back a partial order and you no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from your credit amount. EXAMPLE: if you received free shipping on $200, but your total was $300, then you returned $100 worth of merchandise, you are still eligible for free shipping.
LittleFashionsBoutique.com ships via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Airmail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. Next-Day Shipments are also available via Express Mail. All items will ship within 2-3 business days of order but please allow 6 to 10 days for receipt of your package. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your item. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accomodate you!
IMPORTANT: We can not be responisible for packages once they leave our hands, if postal service failes to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER DATE AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
To redeem STORE CREDIT please place a new order and mention your credit in comments section. You will still have to enter your credit card to palce an order, however your card will only be charged the difference, if any.
STORE CREDIT REDEMPTIONS CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AS STORE CREDIT IS CONSIDERED "A PREVIOUS PURCHASE"
STORE CREDIT FROM PRE-ORDERS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RETURN, STORE CREDIT FROM REGULAR IN STOCK ITEMS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RETURN.
We do not require return authorization #, but please make sure to read out return policy before returning anything. Items that do not comply with our policy will be shipped back. You will receive our address with your shipment on a Store Policy Reminder. We are not able to put our address on the invoice.!
Full priced merchandise received within 14 days of receipt will be refunded back to your credit card within 3 weeks of receipt. Please note that we do not confirm receipt of returned merchandise due to large volume of returns, please make sure your package has a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks of shipment, please email us with your order number and date when it was shipped back.

ORDER OPTIONS & SALES TAX.
Our orders are processed through secure Yahoo servers through the internet. We can also accept ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS over the PHONE or EMAIL. We do not share your credit card information or personal data with anybody! We do not charge sales tax on clothing & accessories.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.
Once the order was placed it can not be cancelled AS WE PROCESS PAYMENTS RIGHT AWAY AND INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT. If you feel that you made a mistake, please email us right away and we will be happy to issue a store credit or do an exchange for another item of equal value.
Holiday & Birtday Gift Wrap is offered on regular clothing items and boxed shoes for additional $4. Gifts addresses to multiple receipients will be shipped separately.
Gift Wrap is not offered on heavy items like Coats and Backpacks. We do not offer Gift Wrap on International shipments at this time. Please indicate in comments section of order what kind of gift wrap you want, for example, "Holiday", "Birthday" "Christmas" etc.
