NEW RETURN POLICY IN EFFECT AS OF MARCH 6, 2020
FULL PRICE AND SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED UP TO 59% in the amount of $300 or less can be returned for a refund, as long as they are returned within 14 regular days of receipt. SALE ITEMS DISCOUNTED 60% TO 69% can be returned for exchange only. SALE ITEMS DISCOUNTED 70% or higher are Final Sale. Using coupon further increases the discount on the item. Items returned after 14 days and up tp 30 days of receipt will be issued a store credit. All sale are FINAL after 30 days.
Returns over $300 will be issued store credit. Example: $400 return will received $300 refund and $100 store credit. Please help us keep our shipping costs low and ask questions. If you received volume discount on $250 and after return your purchase was less that $250, discount will be forfeited and refund or store credit will be issued at original price.
Special orders, that is items that we order upon your request, can be returned for exchange only.
Our return address is on the store policy sheet attached to your invoice, we do not require Return Authorization number.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- RETURN POLICY:
Due to much longer shipping times to international locations and seasonal nature of business, all international orders can be returned for exchange or store credit within 45 days of order date.
Merchandise received within 14 days of receipt will be refunded back to your credit card within 3 weeks of receipt. Please note that we do not confirm receipt of returned merchandise due to large volume of returns, please make sure your package has a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks of shipment, please email us with your order number and date when it was shipped back.

It’s that easy!
Orders valued $100 - $250 must be paid off within 1 month and must be paid via Credit Card. Orders valued $250+ can be paid off in 1 or 2 months (up to 8 payments), and can be paid either via PayPal or Credit Card, the choice is yours.
Cancellations, Order Changes & Price Adjustments
If we are not able to reach you and set up your Payment Plan within 1 week of original attempt, your Layaway Payment Plan order will be cancelled and your 20% deposit will be retained by us.
If we are not able to collect a payment within 5 business days from the first attempt, your LFB Layway Plan order will be canceled and amount paid minus your 20% non-refundable deposit will be refunded back to your credit card or PayPal.
Our customers reserve the right to cancel their Layaway Payment Plan orders or items at any point. If you choose to cancel items from your order, 20% deposit for cancelled items will be subtracted from your refund. If you choose to cancel the entire order, we will retain your initial 20% deposit.
You can change items on your Layaway Payment Plan order to other items of equal value or more without penalty.
Layaway items do not qualify for price adjustments.
Your 20% non-refundable deposit may not be used toward any other orders with Littlefashionsboutique.com. It is retained to cover our expenses associated with providing your with a layaway option.
Returns & Exchanges
Once your Layaway Order has been shipped, the following return policy applies. Exchanges for another size or item are treated like a regular order. Should you decide to return your item(s) for refund, (according to our store policy), 20% non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your final amount.
By placing a Layway Payment Plan you agree to all terms listed above.
To redeem STORE CREDIT please place a new order and mention your credit in comments section. You will still have to enter your credit card to place an order, however your card will only be charged the difference, if any.
STORE CREDIT REDEMPTIONS CAN NOT BE COMBINED WITH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AS STORE CREDIT IS CONSIDERED "A PREVIOUS PURCHASE"
STORE CREDIT MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 180 DAYS OF RETURN.
We do not require return authorization #, but please make sure to read out return policy before returning anything. Items that do not comply with our policy will be shipped back. You will receive our address with your shipment on a Store Policy Reminder. We are not able to put our address on the invoice.
Items must be returned in ORIGINAL packaging and tags still attached to ensure an exchange or return. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Shipping fees are non refundable and return & exchange shipping is your responsibility. If you received a promotional free shipping and are exchanging items, you will be responsible for second shipping charge.
To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, all items in the order have to be shipped together. If you originally received FREE SHIPPING or PROMOTIONAL RATE SHIPPING on your order and returned entire purchase or most of it for a refund, entire actual shipping amount will be deducted from your credit amount. If you send back a partial order and you no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from your credit amount. EXAMPLE: if you received free shipping on $200, but your total was $300, then you returned $100 worth of merchandise, you are still eligible for free shipping. If you return $200 out of $100, actual shipping coat will be deducted from your credit amount.
LittleFashionsBoutique.com ships via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Airmail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. Next-Day Shipments are also available via Express Mail. All items will ship within 1 business day of order but please allow 5-6 days for receipt of your package. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your item. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accomodate you!
IMPORTANT: We can not be responsible for packages once they leave our hands, if postal service fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.
Orders can not be cancelled after 3 hour of placement or after they were shipped. If you cancel your order after it was shipped, shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your return.
Holiday & Birtday Gift Wrap is offered on regular clothing items and boxed shoes for additional $5. Gifts addresses to multiple receipients will be shipped separately.
Gift Wrap is not offered on heavy items like Coats and Backpacks. We do not offer Gift Wrap on International shipments at this time. Please indicate in comments section of order what kind of gift wrap you want, for example, "Holiday", "Birthday" "Christmas" etc.
